Tour Package Terms & Conditions

A package quotation or itinerary is provisional until required payment is received and the package is confirmed in writing. Components may be subject to availability until confirmation.

Package prices may include only the inclusions specifically stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Taxes, visa fees, insurance, meals, transfers, activities, tips, personal expenses and other items are excluded unless expressly included.

Prices may change before confirmation due to airfare, hotel availability, exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier revisions or other factors. The price confirmed in the final booking documentation applies to the confirmed booking, subject to stated conditions.

Customers should carefully review the inclusion and exclusion section of their itinerary. Items not expressly included should be treated as excluded unless subsequently confirmed in writing.

An itinerary is prepared based on available supplier information and operational feasibility. The sequence, timing or specific service may change due to weather, road conditions, local events, supplier operations, government restrictions or other circumstances.

Transfers, coaches, cars, trains, ferries, domestic flights and other transportation are subject to supplier availability and operational conditions. Vehicle type, route and timing may change where reasonably necessary.

Sightseeing, excursions, safari, adventure activities, cruises and other experiences are subject to availability, weather, safety conditions, local regulations and supplier rules. Some activities may carry age, health or physical requirements.

Hotel accommodation is subject to the Hotel & Accommodation Terms and the confirmed property/supplier conditions. A hotel may be replaced by an equivalent or alternative property where permitted by the package terms or required by operational circumstances.

Meal inclusions are limited to those specifically stated. Restaurant schedules, menus and meal arrangements may vary. Special dietary requests should be communicated before travel and remain subject to availability.

Guides, escorts and local representatives are provided where included and available. Their schedules and services may be affected by local operational conditions.

Customers must provide accurate traveller details, comply with visa and entry requirements, follow local laws and supplier instructions, maintain required documents and arrive at designated meeting points on time.

Customers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and other required documents. KD Holidayz may provide assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval or entry into a destination.

Where a package is based on a minimum or specified group size, pricing and inclusions may depend on that group size. Changes in group composition may affect the package price or arrangements where stated in the booking terms.

Child ages, extra beds, meals, entrance fees and infant policies vary by supplier and destination. The ages of children must be accurately disclosed at booking.

Unless specifically included, customers are responsible for personal expenses including shopping, laundry, room service, minibar, tips, porterage, telephone charges, optional activities and other incidental expenses.

Customers should consider their health, mobility and ability to participate in planned activities. Any relevant medical, dietary or accessibility requirements should be communicated before booking.

Package cancellations are subject to the cancellation conditions stated in the quotation or booking confirmation and the applicable supplier rules. Different components may have different cancellation penalties.

Customer-requested changes to travel dates, hotels, flights, room categories, activities or other components are subject to availability and may attract supplier penalties, fare differences and service charges.

Unused flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, meals or other package components may not be refundable unless the applicable supplier terms provide otherwise. Failure to join a tour at the specified time may be treated as a no-show.

Suppliers may change schedules, accommodation, transport, activities or other arrangements. KD Holidayz will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where a material change occurs.

Natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, war, terrorism, government restrictions, border closures, transportation disruption and other events beyond reasonable control may require changes or cancellation. Refunds or alternatives will depend on supplier rules and applicable law.

Travel insurance is recommended. Coverage for cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage and other events depends on the insurance policy and insurer's terms.

Where a refund is available, it will generally be calculated based on amounts refundable by the relevant suppliers after applicable cancellation penalties, non-refundable components, taxes, service charges and other permitted deductions.

Customers should report significant issues promptly to the local supplier and KD Holidayz so that reasonable corrective action can be attempted during the trip. Complaints raised only after completion may be more difficult to resolve.

Photographs and videos used in promotional material are generally illustrative and may not represent the exact room, vehicle, group, activity or experience received. Any use of customer images for marketing should be subject to appropriate consent where required.

Hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport companies, activity operators and other suppliers are independent providers. Their terms and operational decisions may apply to the relevant component.

By confirming a tour package with KD Holidayz, the customer acknowledges that the confirmed itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, supplier conditions and applicable KD Holidayz policies govern the package.
