Passport copies, photographs, financial documents and other supporting documents may be shared with relevant airlines, hotels, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, visa centres, visa partners, DMCs and other travel suppliers for legitimate travel-related purposes.

Third-party payment gateways, banks and payment providers may process financial information. KD Holidayz does not intend to unnecessarily store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, passwords or banking credentials. Customers should never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with KD Holidayz.

Customers may communicate through WhatsApp, email, telephone or other electronic channels. Such communications may contain booking, travel or document information. Third-party platforms are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

Where permitted, KD Holidayz may send travel offers, packages, destination promotions, flight/hotel offers, group tours and seasonal campaigns. Customers may opt out of promotional communications, while essential service communications may continue.
